The first step
It starts with a call or an email, so we can visit and see if we are the right fit for each other.
During this call, you will be interviewing me as much as I am interviewing you.
Once we have established that we will be taking a journey together, we will have our initial appointment. This is typically a session where we do a basic assessment as I get to know more about you.
Following the initial appointment, we will meet as needed until you and I are satisfied with where your life is and is going.
When you’re through the therapy process, you will walk out having a newly found feeling of Self and hope.
